- Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days on all in stock orders.
- Pre-orders typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. Once they arrive, they are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days.
- Regular priced items may be returned within 10 days of purchase for store credit ONLY. Returns must be in original, unused, unwashed, unworn condition with no defects, stains, pet hair, smells, must not have deodorant, makeup, food stains, or any signs that the item has been worn or used. All tags must be attached and receipt present.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale. For sanitary purposes, all beauty, shoes and earrings will be final sale as well. Visibly tarnished jewelry, due to wearing, will not be refunded or replaced.
- ALWAYS FOLLOW LAUNDRY DIRECTIONS STATED ON THE CLOTHING TAG. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL CLOTHES DAMAGED BY USER ERROR BE ACCEPTED.
- If your return does not meet the stated criteria, please keep your purchase. It will not be refunded or replaced.
- Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.
- Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by Facebook message within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
- Incorrect or Missing Items: If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, Nikki G’s IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.
- If an order is shipped from Nikki G’s to an incorrect address that customer provided, the customer will be responsible to repay for reshipping.
- We WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. Nikki G’s WILL NOT assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
- We do NOT offer exchanges. Credit is valid for 6 months from issue date. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
